Prof. Amar Abderrahmani is a distinguished molecular geneticist specializing in metabolic and multifactorial diseases. He earned his Bachelor of Biochemistry from the University of Science and Technology of Lille, followed by a Master’s in Life Sciences and certification in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. He completed his Ph.D. with highest honors in Molecular Genetics at USTL under Prof. Philippe Froguel at the Pasteur Institute of Lille, focusing on MODY diabetes and hepatocyte nuclear factors. His research centers on genetic regulation of diabetes and metabolic disorders.
