He earned his PhD in Materials and Environmental Chemistry from Stockholm University, Sweden (2013-2017), where he focused on lanthanide metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and hierarchical porous zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs) for their synthesis, properties, and applications. Prior to this, Dr. Abdelhamid completed his M.Sc. in Nanomedicine from National Sun-Yat Sen University, Taiwan (ROC), and a Diploma in Physical Organic Chemistry from Assiut University, Egypt.
