He worked as an Air Quality Associate at Kumud Enviro & Infrastructure Consultancy, Lucknow, from June 2015 to September 2017. His work involved monitoring and analyzing air pollutants, which contributed to the organization’s efforts in maintaining sustainable environmental standards.

Following this, Suresh dedicated six years as a Ph.D. Research Fellow at Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, from October 2017 to October 2023. His research focused on atmospheric particulate matter, where he performed extensive fieldwork and laboratory analysis. His contributions included identifying the sources of air pollution, assessing health risks, and developing air quality models, forming the foundation of his doctoral thesis.
