Assist. Prof. Dr. Sachiko Miyamoto is a distinguished researcher and educator in the field of biochemistry and molecular biology. She earned her foundational education in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, and later completed her dentistry degree at Nihon University School of Dentistry at Matsudo. Driven by a passion for medical research, she pursued a doctoral course at Hamamatsu University School of Medicine, where she focused on advanced biochemical and molecular genetics studies. Her professional journey began as a medical resident and dentist in public practice, gaining valuable clinical experience before transitioning to academic research. As a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Biochemistry at Hamamatsu University School of Medicine, she contributed to cutting-edge research in cell culture, molecular biology, and biochemistry, emphasizing the molecular mechanisms underlying cellular function and disease. In November 2023, she joined the department as an Assistant Professor, where she continues to mentor students and lead innovative research projects. Her work has been recognized for its scientific rigor and potential impact on health sciences. With a strong commitment to advancing molecular research and training the next generation of scientists, Dr. Miyamoto remains at the forefront of biochemistry and molecular genetics, bridging clinical insights with laboratory discoveries to drive progress in medical science.

Assist. Prof. Dr. Ömrüye Özok Arıcı is an academic researcher specializing at the interface of molecular biology, chemical engineering, and biomedical engineering. She completed her PhD in Molecular Biology and Genetics at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University, focusing on the synthesis of artemisinin–benzothiophene derivatives and the evaluation of their antimicrobial, antioxidant, and cytotoxic activities. She holds a master’s degree in Biology with research on Streptomyces species and enzyme production, and a bachelor’s degree in Biology. She further expanded her interdisciplinary expertise through postdoctoral research at Eskişehir Osmangazi University in the Department of Chemical Engineering. Since 2023, she has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Eskişehir Osmangazi University. Her research interests include medicinal and bioactive compound synthesis, antimicrobial and antioxidant studies, cytotoxicity assessment, and applied biomedical technologies. She has received institutional research support and recognition for her scientific contributions. Overall, her work reflects a strong commitment to interdisciplinary research addressing biomedical and chemical innovation.

Prof. Dr. Esmail El-Fakharany is a distinguished scientist affiliated with the Protein Research Department at the Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Research Institute, City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications, where his work significantly advances biomedical and biotechnological research. He earned his Ph.D. in Microbiology with a minor specialization in biotechnology in 2012, following an M.Sc. in Microbiology with a focus on antiviral agents in 2009, both from the Faculty of Science, Al-Azhar University, Cairo. His academic foundation is further strengthened by a Diploma in Public Health Microbiology from the High Institute of Public Health, Alexandria University, and a B.Sc. in Microbiology with excellent distinction. Prof. Dr. El-Fakharany possesses extensive experience in immunology and immunoblotting, molecular biology, therapeutic protein and enzyme purification, antiviral and anticancer agent investigation, microbiological techniques, and tissue culture and cell line maintenance. His primary research interests center on antiviral proteins, recombinant and natural bioactive molecules, therapeutic protein engineering, immunological applications, and biotechnology-driven drug development. Through sustained scientific contributions, he has received professional recognition for excellence in microbiology and biotechnology research. Overall, his work continues to play a vital role in translating fundamental microbiological insights into innovative therapeutic strategies, contributing meaningfully to global health and applied life sciences.
