Md. Enamul Hasan, a Bangladeshi scholar, is currently pursuing his Doctor of Science in Economics & Business Administration at the University of Vaasa, Finland, under the supervision of esteemed professors Dr. Tatiana King, Prof. Sami Vähämaa, and Prof. Timothy King. His research interests span environmental reporting, corporate governance, tax avoidance, corporate financial fraud, and information disclosure.
Education Journey
Enamul completed his Master of Management Science (Accounting) from Xiamen University, China, under the mentorship of Asst. Prof. Jun Ruan. He achieved a commendable CGPA of 3.70/4.00. Prior to this, he obtained his MBA in Finance & Banking from Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh, and his BBA in Finance & Banking, also from Jahangirnagar University, where he displayed outstanding academic performance.
Teaching Experience
Enamul has showcased his teaching prowess as a Co-Instructor for Corporate Finance at the University of Vaasa, Finland, in Autumn 2023. He has also served as a Lecturer in Finance & Accounting at the Army Institute of Business Administration, Bangladesh, since June 2021, where he teaches a variety of courses including Financial Institutions and Markets, Financial Ownership and Control, and Insurance and Risk Management. His teaching repertoire also includes Corporate Finance, Financial Statement Analysis, Real Estate Finance and Investment, Financial Engineering, and Insurance and Risk Management at the graduate level.
