🎓 Academic and Professional Background

With over ten years of research experience in intestinal diseases, I focus on the efficacy and mechanisms of herbal medicine and probiotics in their treatment. I have developed an innovative approach that combines probiotics with herbal medicine to effectively regulate the body and treat ulcerative colitis (UC). My research spans multiple dimensions, including metabolism, immunity, and gut microbiota, to study the pathogenesis and intervention mechanisms of UC. As a mentor, I supervise both master’s and undergraduate students, helping them explore the relationship between gut nerves and immunity to provide scientific evidence for UC treatment.

🔬 Research and Innovations

National Natural Science Foundation of China, Regional Science Fund Project

Focused on ulcerative colitis, this project explored the molecular mechanisms of herbal medicine and probiotics in treating UC.

Natural Science Foundation of the Autonomous Region

An in-depth investigation into the pathways and processes involved in the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine for UC treatment.

Youth Natural Science Foundation Project

A study focused on the role of gut microbiota and immune response in addressing intestinal diseases, particularly ulcerative colitis.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program of Xinjiang Medical University

Explored how the combination of herbal remedies and probiotics can offer a breakthrough in UC treatment, focusing on the interaction between gut microbiota and immune function.

🧪 Areas of Research

I concentrate on the pathogenesis of metabolic diseases and how traditional Chinese medicine can offer interventions. My research is based on the interaction between the gut microbiota and host metabolism, specifically focusing on ulcerative colitis. I aim to provide innovative treatments through the combination of probiotics and herbal medicine, and I supervise students as they explore the relationship between gut nerves and immunity to uncover new methods for treating UC.

🎖️ Contributions

My research contributes to a deeper understanding of ulcerative colitis by investigating its pathogenesis through the lenses of metabolism, immunity, and gut microbiota. By combining probiotics with herbal medicine, I offer an innovative and effective treatment approach. Additionally, I support the academic growth of students, guiding them in researching the relationship between gut health and immune system regulation, with the goal of advancing treatments for intestinal diseases.
