He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Cambridge Institute of Technology, Bangalore, a position he has held since July 2015. Prior to this, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Sambhram Institute of Technology (SaIT), Bengaluru, from August 2013 to July 2015, and at SJMIT College of Engineering, Chitradurga, from September 2011 to July 2013. Dr. Sagar also contributed as an Assistant Professor at SJCIT College of Engineering, Chikkaballapur, from July 2010 to 2011. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable industry experience as a Project Graduate Trainee at the National Transonic Aerodynamic Facilities, working under the guidance of Mr. Rajeev G, from September 2007 to September 2008.
