🎓Educational Background 

Israa Seliem holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Zagazig University, awarded in January 2021. She further enhanced her expertise as a Research Scholar at Augusta State University, USA, from July 2018 to July 2020. Prior to her doctoral studies, she obtained her MS in Pharmaceutical Organic Chemistry from the same institution in December 2015 and completed her Bachelor of Pharmaceutical Sciences in May 2009.

📖Professional Development 

Israa is committed to continuous learning and professional development, having completed several certificates, including TEPH in 2022, an IELTS English Course in 2016, and a TOEFL English Course in 2014. She also holds an ICDL Computer Course certification from the summer of 2009. Her training includes a Human Development Course (2009), Clinical Practice for Pharmacists at Cairo University (summer 2008), a Selling Skills Course from Sanofi Aventis (July 2007), and Quality Assurance Training at Delta Pharma (summer 2006).

🧑‍🏫Academic Responsibilities 

In her role as a Lecturer, Israa prepares and delivers engaging lectures to undergraduate and graduate students on subjects such as Organic Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry. She supervises students’ laboratory work, evaluates and grades their class work, laboratory performance, assignments, and papers. She maintains regularly scheduled office hours to advise and assist students, while also supervising internships and research projects. Additionally, she collaborates with colleagues to address various teaching and research issues.
