Prof. Luay Rashan began his academic journey with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in 1972 from the University of Mosul, Iraq, followed by a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in 1975 from the same institution. He then pursued his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in 1980 at the prestigious Trinity College, University of Dublin, in Ireland, specializing in biological sciences.
