🎓 Academic Qualification

Dr. Ajay Kanthiram Potbhare holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur (2022), specializing in Green Synthesis and Application of Nanostructures Graphene-based Metal Oxide/Polymer Nanocomposites. His doctoral research was conducted under the supervision of Dr. R. G. Chaudhary. Prior to his Ph.D., he completed his M.Sc. in Chemistry (2013) from RTM Nagpur University with 65% marks. He has also qualified prestigious national-level examinations, including GATE (2014) at IIT Kharagpur, SET (2015, 2016) by Savitribai Phule Pune University, and CSIR-NET (2017, 2018) with AIR-49, 51.

👨‍🏫 Professional Experience

Dr. Potbhare is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Smt. Panchashila Arts, Science, and Commerce Women’s College, Hardoli, Bhandara (Maharashtra). He has also worked as an Assistant Professor (Contractual/CHB) at S. K. Porwal Arts, Science & Commerce College, Kamptee, RTM Nagpur University.

He has actively contributed to academic administration and university examination processes. He was appointed as Co-officer in charge of the YCMOU Exam (Summer-2019) at Kamptee Centre (NO. 4712A). His dedication to research was further recognized when he received the RTM Memorial Research Fellowship (RTMMRF) Award from RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, in 2020. Continuing his academic excellence, he was awarded the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Research Fellowship (MJPRF) Award by the Department of Social Justice, Government of Maharashtra, in 2021. His talent and intellectual capabilities were evident from an early stage, as he won the Gold Medal in the Zonal/Departmental Level Debate Competition organized by the Department of Sports, Zilha Parishad, Nagpur, in 2001. In addition to his academic and research recognitions, Dr. Potbhare has earned various certifications. He successfully completed Clinical Biochemistry & Medical Microbiology certification from S.K. Porwal College, Kamptee, in 2009. Furthermore, he obtained the MS-CIT Certification from MSBTE, Mumbai, in 2006, showcasing his technical proficiency. Dr. Potbhare is also a Life Member of the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Kolkata, a prestigious organization that recognizes significant contributions to scientific research.
