Dr. Chang holds a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, awarded in August 1989. His major was Solid State Electronics, with minors in Quantum Electronics and Circuit Design. Dr. Amira Abdel Halim Hamada Boseila has a rich academic background in pharmaceutical sciences.
