🎓 Educational Qualifications

Dr. Madhu Mohan Varishetty holds a strong academic foundation in Physics and Electronics. He completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry between 1993 and 1996. He pursued his M.Sc. (Tech) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, specializing in Physics and Electronics, from 1996 to 1999, and secured the Second Rank in his batch, earning the Sreemathi Suseela Sreeramamurthy Prize. His M.Sc. project, titled “Street Light Illumination Control”, was carried out at Amara Raja Batteries, Tirupati. Later, he completed his Ph.D. in Physics from the same university (2002–2007), with a dissertation titled “Studies in Thin Films – Investigations on Electrical Properties of Pure and Doped PEO Polymer Electrolyte Films for Solid State Battery Applications.”

Dr. Varishetty has accumulated over two decades of experience in teaching and research. Since June 2022, he has been working as an Assistant Professor in Physics at Mohan Babu University, Tirupati. Wenye Deng completed his Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry at Lanzhou University in 2007 through a Direct Ph.D. Program, after obtaining his B.Sc. in Applied Chemistry from the same university in 2002. Professor Deng has accumulated extensive experience in both academic and research positions. He currently serves as a Professor/Researcher at the Xinjiang Institute of Engineering since June 2022. Prior to this, he worked as a Researcher and Deputy Director at the Xinjiang Environmental Protection Science Research Institute from 2013 to 2022. His earlier work includes serving as an Associate Researcher at the Xinjiang Institute of Physics and Chemistry (CAS) and as an Assistant Researcher/Associate Researcher at the China Academy of Engineering Physics from 2008 to 2011.
