Dr. Ahmad Suliman holds a distinguished academic record in the field of Agricultural Sciences. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science (Department of Horticulture) from Al-Azhar University in 2007, graduating with a very good grade and honors from the Faculty of Agriculture. He continued his studies by obtaining a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Vegetable Crops from the Horticulture Department of Cairo University between 2010 and 2013. In pursuit of global academic excellence, he earned a Ph.D. in Vegetable Crops from Kazan State Agrarian University, under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, from 2015 to 2020. During this time, he was also awarded a special certification in vegetable physiology and climate change adaptation in 2020. Diversifying his knowledge beyond agriculture, Dr. Suliman also completed a Mini Master in Business Administration at the American University of Science and Technology in 2022.

💼 Professional Experience

Dr. Suliman started his professional career as an Agricultural Engineer with Agrotk Bio Company from November 2007 to September 2008. Later in 2008, he joined the National Research Center (NRC) as an Agricultural Specialist, marking the beginning of a long-standing association with the institution. From 2011 to 2013, he worked as a Researcher Assistant at the Horticultural Crops Technology Department, followed by a promotion to Assistant Researcher from 2013 to 2015. While pursuing his Ph.D. studies in Russia from 2016 to 2020, he remained actively engaged in scientific research. Upon returning, he resumed his role at the NRC in 2020 as a Researcher. In September 2021, he was appointed as the Vice President of the Moringa Plant and Production Unit at the NRC. Since 2022, he has also been serving as the Managing Director and Inspector in the Food Safety and Inspection Administration, reflecting his expanding influence in agricultural governance and food safety standards.
