🎓 Educational Qualifications

Dr. Madhu Mohan Varishetty holds a strong academic foundation in Physics and Electronics. He completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry between 1993 and 1996. He pursued his M.Sc. (Tech) from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati, specializing in Physics and Electronics, from 1996 to 1999, and secured the Second Rank in his batch, earning the Sreemathi Suseela Sreeramamurthy Prize. His M.Sc. project, titled “Street Light Illumination Control”, was carried out at Amara Raja Batteries, Tirupati. Later, he completed his Ph.D. in Physics from the same university (2002–2007), with a dissertation titled “Studies in Thin Films – Investigations on Electrical Properties of Pure and Doped PEO Polymer Electrolyte Films for Solid State Battery Applications.”

Dr. Varishetty has accumulated over two decades of experience in teaching and research. Since June 2022, he has been working as an Assistant Professor in Physics at Mohan Babu University, Tirupati. Earlier, from 2007 to 2009, he served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Wuhan University of Technology, China, within the State Key Laboratory for Advanced Nano-material Synthesis. His work in China primarily involved lithium batteries, specifically composite polymer electrolyte films, and the synthesis of polymer surfactants and nanostructures of V₂O₅ and MoO₃.
