Dr. Bao Pan earned his Doctoral degree in Physical Chemistry from Fuzhou University (Sep. 2011 – Jan. 2017), where he specialized in advanced photocatalytic processes. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Chemistry at Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University (Sep. 2007 – Jul. 2011), building a strong foundation in chemistry and materials science.

Bao Pan’s research focuses on Energy and Environmental Photocatalysis, including photocatalytic H₂ production from water splitting, CO₂ reduction, and advanced oxidation technology for pollutant degradation. Additionally, he specializes in the design and synthesis of inorganic nanomaterials, particularly 2D transition metal compounds and hierarchical structure control to enhance material properties for various applications.
