As of February 2024, I am an Assistant Professor in Food Hygiene and Control at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Benha University, Egypt. Since 2023, I have been a member of the Government Excellence Award Committee, overseeing initiatives for our faculty. In 2021, I became the Coordinator of the Biotechnology Incubator, where I manage sustainable biotechnological ideas. From 2020 to 2023, I served as an Instructor on the Biosafety Committee, conducting workshops for postgraduate students. I have been a Lecturer in the Food Hygiene and Control Department since January 2019, specializing in Dairy Hygiene and Control. Prior to this, I was a Research Student at Kagoshima University, Japan, from September 2016 to September 2018 under the Chunnel Scholarship.
